Immaculate Heart of Mary Hand-Painted Italian Statue

Created in the Tyrol region of Italy, this gorgeous statue is delicately made over several years.  Artisans select mountain wood and cut it into pieces to dry for several years, then according to sketches made by the artist's hand, is hand crafted. Every piece is painted and decorated with love and care by qualified painters.  Our Lady called herself the Immaculate Conception at Lourdes, France when she appeared to St. Bernadette, and Catholics have been devoted to her under this title ever since.
